Medication Refill Request

We now have a patient portal (https://health.healow.com/jaredputnam), which you have been enrolled for, which will replace our old system for refilling prescriptions, including stimulants.

Instructions:

1) Log into the Portal (https://health.healow.com/jaredputnam)

2) Navigate to Messages > Refill Request

3) Select your medication and continue

4) Pick your pharmacy and include a message if needed.

5) Submit the message

As always, your prescription will be filled in 24-48 hours.  We will not send an email back to you saying it was done, but you can check with your pharmacy.

We hope that this new system will streamline the process of getting prescriptions filled.
