All new patients must be seen in the office for their first visit.

Follow up appointments may be either in-person, or virtual.  Please let our staff know if you want your follow-up appointment to be virtual.  You will receive an email and text with the link to the virtual appointment (via the Healow system).  Please use this link for your telehealth appointment.
